Exeter Jelly SW Ambassador
Sarah Cook
Hello, I’m Sarah and I’m excited to be Jelly Ambassador for Exeter.
I have been a PA and EA in the corporate world, with a brief stint in the NHS, for many years and had been looking to work more flexibly for a while.
The office closure during lockdown gave me opportunity to work from home, leading to the launch of Smart Cookie Virtual Assistant earlier this year.
I provide support to sole traders and small business owners, with particular experience of working with building surveyors, architects and the various trades and suppliers involved in construction.
Outsourcing admin tasks to a flexible service enables you to delegate tasks you don’t enjoy and frees up your evenings and weekends.
Look forward to seeing at an Exeter Jelly..

Honiton Jelly SW Ambassador
Stephanie Stevens
Hello! My name is Steph and I'm a Brand Photography Specialist. I love helping small business owners with images for their digital marketing.

Brand photography isn't just headshots. It is telling your story through on-brand images that represent you and your business, at the same time growing the know, like and trust factor that marketers bang on about! Tell your story through images of you, your products/service, your processes (behind the scenes), you and your clients, your life and all those things unique to you. The images can be used on websites, social media, email campaigns - in fact all digital marketing platforms!
I am excited to be Jelly Ambassador for the Honiton Jelly at the Nook - I look forward to seeing you there.

Exmouth Jelly SW Ambassador
Tina Ketteridge - Allen
Hi! I am Tina from Bee@one Coaching. I help you transform your life by increasing your self-awareness, removing the blocks stopping you from living the life you desire and empowering you to become the best version of yourself.
I am a Transformational Life Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programme Master Practitioner, Mental Health First Aider and Jelly SW Ambassador for Exmouth.

When you work through a personalised program with me, we will discover your goals, focus on what is stopping you from achieving them, and work on overcoming these blockers to reach true joy and personal fulfilment.
An area I specialise in is empowering people with chronic pain to make changes to their life using many tools, emotional freedom technique, EFT (you may know it as tapping), mental toughness analysis, phobia cures, IEMT (integral eye movement therapy), hypnotherapy, timeline work, mindfulness, relaxation and much more.
There's a lot more to Bee@one Coaching; this introduction is just part of what we do.
I am excited to meet you at the Exmouth Jelly. Come along to the Ocean, Queens Drive on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

Taunton Jelly SW Ambassador
Abi Eva
Hi, I'm Abi and I started my business 'Live Intuitively' at the end of 2021, having reached the point where both of my children were at school and I had some new-found time and space. I love working for myself but soon realised how much I was missing colleague interaction! I am very happy to squirrel away on my own at home most of the time, especially when I need to really focus, but I love and NEED to be around people sometimes to chat, discuss ideas, and to ask for and offer help, so in addition to the networking events I go to, I went searching for co-working opportunities and ended up becoming an ambassador for Jelly!
Through my business, I support and encourage women to trust their intuition. Having been offering that support in the form of health and wellbeing coaching throughout 2022, I wanted to evolve it so I could focus more on working with new mums. That led to completing doula training with Dr. Michel Odent, and I am now offering pregnancy and postnatal support to new mothers, to build their confidence and encourage them to trust their intuition when it comes to giving birth and starting their new parenting journey.

Plymouth Ambassador (No.2)
Judith Stokes
Hello, my name is Judith Stokes and I am Plym Lets. A letting agency in Plymouth, Devon. I serve Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
I have been a landlord for over 15 years and grew up in the property environment as my parents bought and sold a few properties as well as rented them. My Brother is an architect who used to be a builder so it seems it is in our blood.
When I was the owner of a café I rented property alongside this business and after selling the café I realized how much I enjoyed being a landlord that I wanted to make a business out of it and I now take on landlords so I can manage their properties for them.
In my spare time I enjoy our beautiful countryside and beautiful coast of Devon and Cornwall..
Recently I became a Jelly SW Ambassador which I really enjoy as I have found that it can be quite isolating to be self employed so I get to work as an ambassador in a working environment with other people who are in exactly the same position as me.
Block, at the Royal William Yard (RWY) is where you will find me on the first Tuesday of every OTHER month.
Lovely seating area, warm, good view of the sea, tea, coffee and internet all free!
See you there!!

South Devon
Natalie Trice
I’m Natalie Trice and PR consultant and trainer, author of three books and an ICF accredited coach.
I’ve worked in PR for 25 years and put everyone and everything in the spotlight; from printers, Discovery Channel documentaries and Betty Crocker cakes to Animal Planet celebrities, vegan bags and coastal holidays.
Today I specialise in PR mentoring and training small businesses, brands, and experts to do their own PR using my extensive career experience and coaching skills – let’s face it, being in the press can be daunting. I love empowering people to dream big and be more visible so they can boost their business, build their confidence and shine in the way they are meant to.
Aside from work, I live in Bishopsteignton with my husband, two sons and our dogs, Coco and Dotty.
I’m really excited about being a part of the vibrant Jelly community and helping you to grow and connect. I look forward to welcoming you to our sessions overlooking the beautiful south Devon coast with more details to follow.

Crediton Jelly SW Ambassador
Dee Studholme Cote
Hi, I’m Dee and I’m the Jelly Ambassador for the Crediton area!
I’m a Branding Photographer and Branding Specialist. I help small businesses improve their visibility online and create an authentic social media presence that puts them and their story at the heart of their brand.
Marketing your business online can feel like a time- consuming chore that often doesn’t deliver enough of the results you want. Social media is loud and busy and its can feel like a struggle to be heard above the noise.
I work with clients to create a library of beautiful imagery that reflect your business and their brand and guidance to ensure you are able to build a strong online presence that will allow you to be seen and heard by the people who need you.
I love working for myself, however, while I’d never go back to office life, I find myself missing the community and connection that comes from working alongside others.
I’m really looking forward to welcoming like-minded people to our fantastic Jelly venue in Crediton.
The Bookery is a beautiful independently run, community-owned, socially-minded book shop located on Crediton High Street (next to a lovely bakery!). It’s an absolute gem!
